This process involves the preparation of the dough, to have it ready for the trays. It consist of compiling 30 to 40 dough, in order to have them spread, up to 130 cm, for the Baklawa.
This is a hand made step, where it consist of putting / filling the pistachio and whole nuts in the Baklava trays .
This process involves the preparation of the finger rolls Baklawa, starting from the sheets prepared previously,filled by whole nuts, then wrapped, before being sliced. This whole process is now fully automated by SAMTEC
